You’ll manage everything end-to-end: Amazon FBA operations, PPC campaigns, SEO, listings, and new product launches.This is not an agency role — you’ll be building long-term success for our own brands with full autonomy, resources, and a founder-led team backing you.What You’ll DoLead all Amazon operations: FBA logistics, advertising, listings, SEO, and promotions.Develop 90-day growth plans and hit aggressive revenue & profit targets.Manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display).Optimize listings with keyword-rich copy, A+ content, and storefront improvements.Forecast inventory, manage FBA shipments, and monitor account health.Coordinate across design, pricing, and operations teams using Asana or similar.Report performance, insights, and growth recommendations directly to leadership.Who You Are3–5+ years managing Amazon Seller Central brands or working at a reputable Amazon agency.Proven record scaling 7- or 8-figure Amazon accounts (growth, ACoS/TACoS optimization).Expert in Amazon PPC, FBA operations, SEO, and catalog management.Strong project manager who thrives in fast-moving environments.Analytical, detail-driven, and obsessed with performance metrics.Excellent communicator who can lead cross-functional initiatives.Preferred SkillsHelium10 / DataDive / JungleScoutAmazon Advertising ConsoleAsana / ClickUp / SheetsFamiliar with Odoo, Shopify, or Salesforce integrations a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive pay + performance-based bonuses tied to Amazon growthDirect work with CEO and leadership teamOpportunity to build and lead our Amazon division from the ground upFast-paced, ownership-driven cultureReady to take full ownership of brands you can truly grow?
