This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon operations, leadership capabilities, and hands-on management of processes, teams, and strategies. The ideal candidate has worked with multiple Amazon accounts, managed cross-functional teams, and can balance strategic direction with operational execution.ResponsibilitiesOwn project planning and timeline management across departmentsPlan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of product launch campaignsWork directly with PPC, sourcing, pre-launch account specialists, and reporting teams to ensure timely execution of deliverablesCoordinate day-to-day communication with teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on priorities and deadlinesDevelop and maintain detailed project plans using tools like BasecampLead regular status meetings and provide timely updates to leadershipProactively identify blockers, risks, and resource gaps - and drive solutionsTrack and report on KPIs and project health to ensure transparency and accountabilityImplement and refine project management processes that support scale and efficiencySupport with day to day account management in terms of account health, listing management, etc Competencies and QualificationsMust-Have Proven experience in Amazon project management, operations, account management, or a similar eCommerce leadership roleExperience managing Amazon accounts in an agency capacity, handling multiple brands or clients simultaneouslyExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and leadership abilities with a proactive, hands-on mindsetWhat We Offer100% Remote Work – Work from anywhere in the PhilippinesCareer Growth Opportunities – Gain hands-on experience, and continuous learningCollaborative & Innovative Team – Work alongside skilled professionals who value excellenceApplication ProcessWe understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
