M3 has offices in Japan, UK, France, Germany, Brazil, Sweden, China, USA, and South Korea, as well as India.Job DescriptionThe Panel Marketing Team Lead coordinates panel marketing campaigns focused on panel growth, engagement, and retention across all centralised panels and key markets. This role supports the day-to-day coordination of all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, strategic objectives, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve Global Panel goals.Essential Job FunctionsIncluding, but not limited to the following: Mentor and support the Panel Marketing delivery team, overseeing workload allocation, campaign calendars, planners, trackers, and reports. Provide support to new team members during their onboarding trainings, and tasks related to panel marketing efforts across all panel brands. Take ownership of ad hoc projects and new initiatives as required. Coordinate with Strategy team for cohesive campaign planning. Brief and collaborate with design, content, digital, and analytics teams. Oversee branding and messaging consistency across all campaigns. Implement process improvements and marketing automation. Approve final campaigns and ensure adherence to standards. Support onboarding and training of new team members. Monitor campaign analytics and recommend optimizations. Manage campaign budgets and liaise with the Manager for approvals. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years in marketing, including team leadership experience. Fluent English; second language an advantage. Technical SkillsSaaS/email marketing platforms and CRM tools. Data analysis and campaign reporting. Project management tools and workflow automation. Microsoft Excel for analytics and reporting. Google Analytics and/or data visualization tools a plus.
