Join us and help build the future of energy—one project at a time.How You’ll Make An ImpactLead PMO frameworks and governance for capital construction projects.Oversee strategic prioritization and resource allocation across regional portfolios.Monitor project interdependencies, risks, and performance metrics.Develop and maintain dashboards for KPIs, schedules, budgets, and risks.Provide strategic oversight to project managers and construction teams.Escalate critical risks and facilitate cross-project issue resolution.Ensure consistent use of project controls and digital tools.Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery.Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Your BackgroundMaster’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Advanced certifications in project/portfolio management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Prince2). PMP is required.10+ years of leadership experience in construction and capital investment projects.Proven success managing portfolios of factory, industrial, and office facilities.Experience in EPC, construction, or real estate development environments.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (building codes, environmental, safety).Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.More About UsWe pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
