Job DescriptionPosition Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This individual will be instrumental in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to hiring the best talent. The TAS will handle a wide range of roles, from highly technical engineering positions to frontline, entry-level production roles. Additionally, this position will be responsible for educating current managers on effective interviewing techniques, developing talent pipeline strategies, and enhancing our employer brand through social media and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management:

Post job openings through the ATS, various job boards, and company website. Perform an intake meeting with hiring manager to review ideal candidate profile. Source passive candidates through online channels (e. g. , LinkedIn) and direct outreach. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process. Extend offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. Assist with orientation and onboarding activities. Technical and Non-Technical Recruiting: Source and recruit for highly technical engineering roles, understanding specific technical requirements and qualifications.

Recruit for frontline, entry-level production positions, as well as craft and skilled trade talent ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates. Manager Education and Training: Educate and coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and best practices. Provide training sessions on behavioral interviewing and other relevant topics to improve hiring success rates. Talent Pipeline Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Maintain a database of potential candidates for various roles. Employer Branding and Social Media:

Promote the company on social media platforms to increase brand awareness and attract potential candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to create engaging content that highlights the company culture, values, and job opportunities. Assist with the develop a marketing strategy including website development, EVP, and media content. Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and processes. Provide regular reports to management on recruiting activities, metrics, and outcomes. Reduce time to fill metrics and increase first year survival rate through early engagement and hiring best practices.

Other DutiesAssist the HRBP with HR related tasks as needed. Be able to fill in for HR when necessary. Other tasks as needed. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in both technical and non-technical recruiting. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding. Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for employer branding. Work Environment: Physical Demands: The role requires sitting for extended periods, using a computer, and participating in meetings.
