You’ll work as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team of Engineers, Product Designers, and Deployment Strategists to bridge the gap between raw data, real-world workflows, and impactful outcomes.

Your mission is to synthesize fragmented information—technical, strategic, and operational—into clear solutions: understanding the data, defining the need, shaping the product, and scaling the impact. What You’ll Be Working OnYou’ll immerse yourself in our customers' workflows, data, and challenges—owning the deployment lifecycle from problem discovery to production. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating directly with customer teams to understand their mission-critical questions and operational pain pointsIdentifying and evaluating high-value datasets through deep engagement with field problems and user workflowsBuilding, refining, and maintaining stable, scalable data pipelines with fellow EngineersCustomizing product workflows and data integrations for diverse user groupsDelivering hands-on onboarding and training sessions to ensure tools are being used effectively and driving measurable outcomesPresenting findings, demos, and future proposals to stakeholders—from analysts to executive decision-makersTranslating insights from the field into product recommendations by closely working with our Software Engineering and Product teamsCreating and delivering impactful demos for new and existing customersScoping and shaping new engagement opportunities across industries and geographies where Amini’s solutions can scaleWhat We’re Looking ForStrong technical background, ideally in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data ScienceProven experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or deployment engineeringProficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, SQL, R, or MatlabExperience working directly with data ingestion, transformation, and workflow designOutstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor technical content to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDeep curiosity and strong analytical instincts—willing to dig into complex data and explore beyond the surfaceEmpathetic and user-focused mindset, with a genuine drive to solve problems that matterLow ego and collaborative attitude:
