You’ll work in small, fast-moving teams and own the full lifecycle of high-stakes projects. In this role, you’ll be involved in:

Designing system architecture in collaboration with fellow engineersWorking with large and complex datasets across diverse domainsDeveloping and deploying machine learning models and scalable ML pipelinesBuilding custom web-based tools or applications to support customer solutionsEngaging with executive stakeholders to translate needs into technical deliverablesShaping team-wide technical direction and strategyIf you're aspiring to become a founder, technical lead, or product-driven engineer, Amini offers a unique environment to grow rapidly — surrounded by some of the most ambitious and mission-driven minds in the industry.

What We’re Looking ForStrong technical foundation, ideally in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data ScienceProven experience in solutions architecture, technical account management, or solutions engineeringProficiency in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar languagesHands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models, building end-to-end ML workflows, and performing advanced data science and model evaluation tasksExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlinesSelf-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong work ethicEmpathy-driven approach with a genuine desire to understand and solve customer problemsA highly analytical mindset and comfort working with data structures, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and storage systemsInterest or experience in working with large-scale, real-world datasetsStrong collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams in fast-evolving environmentsIf you're a collaborative, resourceful professional with a wealth of experience in this field, a passion for working alongside truly exceptional individuals and our core values resonate with you, we invite you to apply and join us in shaping the future of AI!
