In our Older Person Service Manager role, you will deliver a coordinated housing management and support service that promotes resident wellbeing and tenancy sustainment, while ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, cleanliness, and security across our Older Persons Accommodation schemes. 25 hours p/week (Monday Friday, 5 hours per day)Snapshot of your roleThis is what your day will look like as our Older Person Service Manager: Be responsible for maintaining accurate Health and Safety records and carrying out compliance checks. Be responsible for upholding behavioural standards and dealing with cases of anti-social behaviour within the service. Advocating on behalf of residents - sign-posting residents to relevant services and agencies to help maintain their independence.
Be the link between the scheme and the local communities raising awareness of other groups / events enabling residents to get the most out of where they live. Your toolkit for successTo thrive in our Older Person Service Manager role, youll need: An awareness and understanding of the housing, care, and support needs of older people. Possesses resilience and experience of managing anti-social behaviour. Strong communication skills required in order to work with a wide range of people using various methods i. e. , face to face, phone, email, and texts.
