Create, manage, and report on key milestones that make up the various programs and projects that the division is delivering againstBusiness Management related functions supporting programs/projects – Budget & capacity planningResponsible for all executive management reporting, and the preparation and delivery of all supporting collateral including but not limited to the full maintenance of the project/program in Citi’s Project Management ToolWork seamlessly with project teams that are executing using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology, understand mapping of project deliverables to EPICS and User stories, track delivery of work through usage of JIRA dashboards; conduct PI (Program Increment) planning and manage PI cycleDaily program management and oversight throughout the lifecycle of transformation programsFocus on the creation and implementation of a robust Project governance (controls) structure for the Issuer Services technology groupManage the risks and issues of the program and work with the teams to take corrective measurementsManage all stakeholders’ communicationInteract with the PMO group to manage the main program documentations according to Citi’s policies and proceduresInteract and manage the relationship with the assigned technical lead/ teams to understand critical milestones, deliveries, and releasesAsses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standard
