AMS FICO Consultant

Task relating AMS Functional consultant is as followings:Receive incident reported from customer: complete incident description, verify priority, confirm component or product area, determine whether the inquiry is related to an error or requires consulting work. Actively check and fix AMS issuesCoordinate with other consultants / customer to fix other AMS incidentsKeep tracing status, deadline of AMS issues, to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is committedParticipate and support implementing new project, project change request (PCR)Desired Skills and Experience4+ years of experienceExperience working in SAP full-cycle projects.Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervisionCapable of working flexible hours sometimes under pressure of aggressive deadlinesAbility to collaborate with other team members.Strong knowledge of FICO functional foundation and strong problem-solving skills: configuration, build-up FS, test case documentHave good knowledge/ experience in FICO, integrating between FICO and other modulesKnowledge of S4HANA will be desirable.Having knowledge of financial accounting to be able to communicate directly with users related to business operations is a plusHave knowledge of other SAP modules, SAP package is a plusBe able to communicate in EnglishPersonal Skills: Self- starter with ability to acquire new skills autonomously.
