1, AMS LAYOUT ENGINEERResponsibilities- Design sense amplifiers, ADC/DAC, power circuits (LDO/regulators), and cross-domain interface blocks.- Work on clock generation and phase alignment for DRAM and logic control.- Perform analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversion circuit verification.- Develop mixed-signal control logic related to power and monitoring circuits.- Validate integration with DRAM PHY and mixed-signal subsystems.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.- Experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.- Knowledge of Sense Amplifier, ADC/DAC, LDO, and cross-domain circuit design.- Proficiency in SPICE simulation and analog performance verification.- Understanding of clock architectures and phase alignment techniques.2, ANALOG DESIGN ENGINEERJob Description- Design high-frequency analog circuits, including SerDes, CDR (Clock Data Recovery), Equalization, and IO Circuit Design.- Conduct ESD protection design, Signal/Power Integrity (SI/PI) analysis, and validate interface robustness.- Work on package co-design, collaborating with system and layout teams for integration.- Perform PLL/DLL design and optimization for timing accuracy.- Collaborate with PHY and system architects for HBM/DRAM-related PHY interface requirements.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.- Experience in high-speed analog circuit design (SerDes, CDR, equalization).- Knowledge of ESD design, SI/PI analysis, and package co-design methodologies.- Hands-on experience with PLL/DLL architecture and analog simulation tools.- Familiar with SSTL, HSTL, LVDS, CML interfaces.- Strong English communication skills.Benefit & PerksJoin a supportive and motivated team where your contributions truly matter.
