Analog engineer: Senior staff engineer / Staff engineer

Description Define System Architecture of array readout circuit based on product features and performance requirements. Work closely with digital, layout, process, evaluation engineers to debug, optimize performance of image sensors and successfully bring new products from initial concept through mass production. Perform the block level and transistor level design and optimization of sensor array readout circuit. Simulates analog circuits to ensure that performance, noise, timing and power requirements. New circuit R&D to be ahead of current technology. Instruct less experienced engineers when necessary. 5+ years experience with Analog design and verification Experience as a designer to develop Analog System on silicon Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience on project leader for Analog system is a plus Experience / knowledge in CMOS Image Sensor is a plus Experience on evaluation for CMOS Image Sensor is a plus・Result oriented and embraced change behaviors・People management skill / experience or Project management skill is a plus BS in Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
