They offer a huge range of additional services, such as IT spares and logistics throughout the UK, as well as datacentre and office relocations, configuration and build, bonded stock, engineers and project managers along their hardware specialist IT brokerage service.The RoleIn this key customer:focused role, youll be at the heart of creating a seamless, positive experience for every new client joining SwapIT. As the main point of contact, youll guide customers from their first interaction through to successful onboarding, making sure all documentation is accurate, coordinating stock needs, and handling queries with confidence, clarity, and a genuine commitment to great service.Key Responsibilities Lead onboarding calls with new customers, guiding them through their processes and gathering the information needed for a smooth start. Create, manage, and quality:check onboarding documentation, ensuring equipment requests reach the right teams without delay. Deliver outstanding customer support, responding to queries quickly, clearly, and professionally. Track and manage stock availability to ensure equipment is allocated on time and customer expectations are met. Work closely with internal departments to keep onboarding workflows efficient, accurate, and customer focused. Maintain clear, up:to:date records of all onboarding activity to support accurate reporting and seamless internal communication. Spot potential issues early, escalating concerns and helping to drive continuous improvement across the onboarding process.Competencies And Behaviours Clear and confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills. Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and momentum. Comfortable building rapport with customers via video calls, delivering a friendly and professional experience. Skilled in using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Jotform, or other workflow and form:building platforms. Familiar with inventory or stock management systems, with the ability to keep processes running smoothly. Detail:driven and proactive, with a natural ability to spot issues and solve problems effectively.
