By combining strong expertise in real estate with financial know-how, Nordanö has successfully acted as an advisor in major property transactions for over 30 years. Since 2015, Nordanö has completed transactions worth a total of approximately EUR 25 billion. Our company is partner-owned, and our team consists of 45 professionals based in Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen, and Oslo.We are now looking for a full-time Analyst to join our Helsinki office. In this position, you will step into the fascinating world of real estate capital markets and from day one be an important part of our Nordic team – both in projects and in strategic discussions with our clients. Your tasks will include e.g. preparing real estate market analyses and investment memoranda, performing property and company valuations, and coordinating due diligence processes.Success in this role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to illustrate and present complex matters convincingly. You can work precisely also under pressure and enjoy operating in an entrepreneurial environment.
