In this role, you will take ownership of the daily technical property management of the site, including coordinating maintenance and repair work, supervising service providers, and acquiring and evaluating offers. You will work closely with the Property Manager and play a key role in the continuous development of property operations and maintenance.Your responsibilities will include inspections, repairs, and participation in various CAPEX projects. The role offers variety and requires a self-starting mindset, the ability to respond quickly and prioritize effectively. You are visible and approachable to tenants and service providers, and you possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.You will report directly to the Asset Manager.Employment Type: PermanentStart of the Employment: As soon as possibleLocation: On-site location at Citycon’s Iso Omena officeKey Responsibilities:Proactive supervision and execution of preventive and legally required inspectionsHands-on oversight of technical services and coordination with external contractorsDevelopment and maintenance of inspection schedules Management of technical documentation (including the Building Logbook) Review and evaluation of technical documentsPreparation of request for proposals (RFPs), and offer comparisonsAcquisition and evaluation of offers for maintenance and renovation workCommissioning and analysis of technical studies and expert reportsArchiving and organizing technical documentationPreparation of regular operational reportsOptimization of maintenance costs and identification of efficiency improvementLong-term repair planning and execution according to annual schedulesCollaboration with maintenance providers to proactively address issuesQualifications and Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical property maintenanceKnowledge of systems and installations in large-scale facilitiesStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsNegotiation skills and experience with tendering processesAbility to read and interpret technical and design documentationExperience in preparing OPEX/CAPEX budgets and renovation plansUnderstanding of Building Law requirements for ongoing maintenanceProficiency in MS Office and general IT skillsFluency in Finnish and English (spoken and written)Technical education background (e.g. engineering, construction, HVAC or equivalent)Ability to understand property lifecycle and take proactive measuresWe offer you a responsible and diverse position, fantastic colleagues and a chance to grow professionally.
