Your JobMOLEX is seeking a detail-oriented and contribution minded Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our global Collections Team. If you enjoy teamwork, embrace challenges, and seek mutually beneficial opportunities to drive our business forward, we want to hear from you!What You Will DoEnsure that customers adhere to established payment terms by monitoring and tracking payment schedules for timely processing.Proactively manage and take ownership of your portfolio of customers, collaborating with internal stakeholders in resolving payment issues.Timely report and escalate when material issues or impacts.Be a teammate. We are a global team of likeminded contribution driven Collectors.Lead or coordinate negotiations related to payments and claims with cross-functions.Coordinate with Invoice team to ensure issue VAT per customer requirements.Continuously seek opportunities through innovation for process improvement and system optimization.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) necessary for professional interactions with both external and internal contacts.Ability to proactively engage in a rapidly changing business environment while demonstrating a high level of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.Detail oriented problem solver, quick learner with ability to multi-task.Good English communication skill is a must.What Will Put You Ahead1+ years as a collection specialist in an international environment.Possess hands on knowledge of MS office, SAP System and Getpaid tool.Experience with Power BI or other data visualization software/tools.Process Transformation / Process Automation / Process Implementation experience.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
