We're hiring! We are looking for an Analyst, Executive Compensation to join our Talent Solutions team in KL, Malaysia. As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What The Day Will Look LikeDeliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients through forming insights based on client needs, acquired expertise, and interpretation of data and statistical analysesPartner with senior consultants to deliver projects in the areas of employee rewards, executive compensation, corporate governance and incentive design projects.Maintain trusted client relations through regular and proactive communicationsConduct research and client specific market studiesProvide support in data solution services whenever required which includes but not limited to data collection, data validation and auditing as well as report delivery.Work independently with the guidance of senior consultants in preparing materials for results presentation, solutions and recommendations in a structured and articulate manner to client project management teams.Partner with senior consultants in the development of proposals and acquisition of new clientsProactively seek new knowledge and uncovering market trends including monitoring and analysing economic and legislationSkills And Experience That Will Lead To SuccessBachelor’s Degree (preferably Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related field with strong finance/mathematical background). Experience in statistics, finance, research or human resources field will be an added advantage.Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal direction.Ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships.Articulate and possess excellent command in written & spoken EnglishStrong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Critical and innovative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills, detail oriented and meticulous.Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques will be an added advantage.Knowledge of statistics and experience in using statistical software for analyzing large dataset (Excel, SPSS and Tableau) will be an added advantage.Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel VBA and SQL.
