Justwealth is looking for an individual to fill an entry-level Analyst role. The Analyst role at Justwealth is considered a “feeder” role, designed to lead to larger roles in areas throughout Justwealth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly. The successful candidate will begin as a key member of our Operations Team, where you will be ideally situated to gain exposure to all areas of Justwealth’s through day-to-day interactions with our Portfolio Management, Technology, Compliance, Marketing and Executive teams. You will also work with our key outside partners and vendors.We expect the successful candidate to leverage this exposure into a role on our [Portfolio Management team] within 12- 18 months of their start date.Beginning on our Operations Team, the successful candidate will begin by learning to support every aspect of administering the Justwealth client experience including: client onboarding, account opening, client communications, account funding, billing, statement production and responding to client inquiries.Maintaining a successful working relationship with our third-party vendors and partners, chief amongst them our custodian, will be imperative to successfully achieve the goals of this position.The ability to communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, a deep attention-to-detail and the ability to prioritize multiple demands across our various business lines while operating in a fast-paced environment are also critical “must-have” attributes.RequirementsStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAnalytical ability, including comfort working with numbersAbility to work collaboratively across Justwealth’s other functional teams and business lines.A strong aptitude for technology and its many applications in the end-to-end investment management process, including MS Office and ability to learn Justwealth specific applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills – bilingual (French) would be considered an assetOther RequirementsCandidates working towards a designation or certificate in the investment industry (e.g., CSC, CIM, CFA, QAFP) will be prioritizedWhile the Analyst role is entry-level, candidates with experience in the investment management or financial services industries, (e.g., a custodian, a portfolio management company, an investment dealer, or a bank) will be prioritized.CompensationJustwealth is open to various forms of compensation including base salary and bonus incentives commensurate with experience.About JustwealthEstablished in 2015, Justwealth Financial Inc., is a rapidly growing online Portfolio Manager, providing managed portfolios to Canadian investors.
