Analyst or Associate - Corporate Finance/Investments

We are recruiting for a fully integrated financial advice and transaction execution services, specialising in equity and M&A advisory services, including re-capitalisations, joint venture structuring, re-structuring and strategic advisory for real estate transactions. They are sector-agnostic and focuses on larger portfolio and platform transactions in the key Asia Pacific markets.You will be highly involved in a broad range of high-profile portfolio and platform real estate transactions. Reporting to the Director, you will be supporting the team in delivering on a broad range of Asia Pacific, UK & European M&A and capital raising instructions.You will be designing, building and managing various types of financial models for real estate M&A advisory, fundraising, and strategic options analysis, incorporating the relevant valuation outputs and sensitivities. You will be conducting complex modelling and valuations using DCFs, LBOs, comparable and relative value methods such trading and transaction comparable. You will be preparing and reviewing materials used in transactions such as pitchbooks, investment memorandums and other presentation materials. You will be performing due diligence, research and analysis, as well as documentation for transactions. You will be managing the end-to-end transaction management, from pitching through to deal execution and closing, coordinating with the relevant internal and external parties.Requirements You possess strong academic track record, with a degree in finance, real estate or accounting and have about 3 – 4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, real estate investment management, real estate transaction advisory services, or real estate development.You are strong in financial modelling skills, ability to build detailed, fully integrated financial models and financial projections, and analyse the impact of proposed transaction options on the capital structure and cash flows. Expertise in corporate finance valuation methodology, including DCFs, LBOs, comparable and relative value analysis including trading and transaction multiples.You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to manage international stakeholders.All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
