An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a global organisation in Singapore on a 6 months contract position. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless interview logistics, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to talent acquisition projects that drive organisational growth.What You'll DoAs a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be entrusted with managing the logistical aspects of recruitment from start to finish.Coordinate interview scheduling across various time zones using approved company tools, ensuring all parties are informed and sessions run smoothly.Facilitate clear and timely communications with candidates, including sending interview confirmations and follow-up messages to maintain engagement throughout the process.Prepare comprehensive interview materials and manage logistics for both virtual and in-person sessions, guaranteeing that all stakeholders have what they need for successful meetings.Update and maintain applicant tracking system records based on provided data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information at all times.Support talent acquisition projects by preparing presentations and branding collateral that reflect the organisation’s values and attract top talent.Track progress on agreed project deliverables, providing regular status updates to designated contacts so everyone remains aligned on objectives.Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with applicable data protection laws when handling sensitive company information and candidate data.Deliver accurate and timely scheduling of interviews according to agreed timelines, minimising delays and maximising efficiency.Submit weekly status reports detailing candidate pipeline activity and project progress to keep stakeholders informed.Maintain an updated project tracker at agreed intervals, enabling transparent monitoring of milestones and deliverables.What You BringYour proven background as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be evident through your meticulous approach to managing complex schedules across international time zones.Demonstrated experience in coordinating recruitment logistics across multiple time zones using digital scheduling tools.Proven ability to communicate professionally with candidates at all stages of the hiring process, fostering positive relationships through considerate messaging.Strong organisational skills with a track record of preparing materials for interviews and managing event logistics efficiently.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate records based on supplied data.Experience supporting talent acquisition projects by creating presentations or branding collateral that align with organisational goals.Ability to track project deliverables meticulously and provide clear status updates to relevant stakeholders.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and complying with data protection regulations when handling sensitive information.Capacity to deliver timely results under agreed deadlines while balancing multiple priorities independently.Excellent interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration within diverse teams or networks.Enthusiasm for continuous learning about best practices in recruitment coordination.What Sets This Company ApartThis organisation stands out for its commitment to fostering a culture, built around collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual support.
