The business has carved out a reputation for delivering creative, value-add financing solutions and works on mandates across residential, BTR, PBSA and commercial assets.The RoleYou’ll be joining a small, highly regarded team, working closely with senior professionals to support the analysis, structuring and execution of real estate debt and equity transactions across the UK.Typical responsibilities include:Financial analysis and cashflow modelling to assess capital structures and debt serviceabilityConducting market and economic research to validate project assumptions and valuationsPreparing lender presentations and supporting materialsAssisting in the negotiation of terms with lenders and reviewing facility documentationEngaging with lenders to stay up to date on pricing, covenant trends, and underwriting criteriaSupporting origination activity by identifying and engaging potential borrower clientsAbout YouWe’re open on background — the role could suit:An Analyst or Associate with 1–2 years’ experience in real estate finance (from a lender or advisory firm), orA high-calibre graduate with strong internship experience in real estate or corporate financeYou’ll need:Strong analytical ability and proven financial modelling skillsExcellent academics (a good degree from a leading university is expected)Confidence in presenting and communicating with both borrowers and lendersA genuine interest in UK real estate and capital marketsThis is a great opportunity to join a growing advisory business where you’ll gain hands-on exposure to deals and learn directly from senior leaders in the sector.If you’d like to find out more, get in touch.
