This newly created, high-impact role will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, providing insight that drives key business decisions. Recent enhancements to financial systems and reporting processes reflect its commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and supporting informed decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing monthly and quarterly management reports, including P&L analysis.Analyse financial performance against forecasts, prior periods, and key performance indicators.Prepare reports and commentary for senior leadership and board level reporting.Support the development of structured divisional analysis and trend reporting.Support financial planning and forecasting activities aligned with business objectives.Identify and explain key drivers of performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.Leverage the firm’s financial systems to improve reporting accuracy and automation.Assist in developing reporting templates, data extracts, and dashboards to enhance efficiency.Contribute to process improvements that strengthen financial control and data quality.Provide analysis for strategic initiatives, business cases, and ad-hoc requests from senior management.Assist with financial modelling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.Collaborate with Finance colleagues to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting outputs.Your ProfileDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.Part-qualified / qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).2–5 years’ experience in FP&A, management accounting, or financial analysis (financial services experience advantageous).Solid understanding of financial statements and P&L analysis.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills; experience with Power BI is highly desirable.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems preferred.Excellent communication skills, confident presenting information to senior stakeholders.Proactive, organised, and adaptable with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.Collaborative and able to work effectively across departments.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary £75,000–£80,000 plus benefits.Hybrid working in London: 4 days in office, 1 day from home.High-visibility, hands-on role with the opportunity to shape FP&A processes and reporting.Exposure to strategic projects, new systems, and process improvement initiatives.Supportive, inclusive culture with professional development opportunities.
