The Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business Charge, Proprietary Lending and Co-Brand cards and Small Business Banking Products.   The Analyst, Spend Growth & Diversification Marketing will be a core member of the Customer Engagement Marketing Team and tasked with driving Card Member loyalty and engagement through industry-specific marketing programs. This is a crucial role, working in partnership with one other Analyst, to help lead the creation, execution, and promotion of targeted loyalty offers to capture spend across relevant industries where our Card Members do business. This Analyst will also help execute new loyalty offer strategies tailored to specific customer segments to test new ways (NextGen) to drive spend with new offer capabilities.This is an exciting position focused on driving loyalty through best-in-class marketing with a strong focus on innovation, creativity, and uncovering new opportunities. This role is ideal for you if you are a customer-centric, collaborative, and data-driven marketer that is eager to make a big impact on the business.Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end marketing execution for industry offer campaigns and NextGen spend offers across multiple Amex Offers platforms and partnersCollaborate with analytics on offer targeting and strategyOwn creative development and execution of digital marketing to amplify promotion of targeted spend offers to Card MembersPartner with internal teams (GMNS, Small Business Product, and Amex Offers) to align strategies on industry and enterprise focused initiativesMaintain and analyze campaign performance to inform enhancements and optimization of future campaign strategiesCollaborate with the Senior Manager to design and implement strategic optimizations and new launches that influence the overall marketing strategy and how to better drive engagement and desired behaviorsContinually advance our strategy and performance by innovating our tactics and applying a test & learn approachMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1-3 years of work experience in digital/email marketingStrong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectivelyCollaborative approach, and the ability to partner and influence effectively across band levelsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions and translate insights into winning strategiesProblem solver who can persevere through operational challenges and navigate a matrixed organizationExceptional verbal and written communication skillsPassion for thinking outside the box and looking externally to find inspirationA can-do mindset, willingness to learn, and desire to have fun & create a strong team cultureSalary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
