Oversee compliance while implementing advanced planning and forecasting strategies.Optimize the data flow on how to transfer the production plan to material plan by dimension, collaborate with purchasers how to set the rational safety stock on material level to realize supply chain flexibility.Optimize the data flow on shortage material foreseeing and visibilityManage work order based on specific manufacturing steps, do work-in-process tracking with lean mindset, control material variance towards BOM set and report manufacturing performanceSet & adjust item parameters towards business expectation, advise order lead time on specific casesAs supply chain key player to collaborate work with PM/ENG team to initiate new APD/transfer project ramp up planning and do cross function collaboration to trigger supply readiness on time.Lead planning and supply chain initiatives projects to pursue supply chain excellence, with a focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and aligning operations with organizational goals. Leverage demand and supply, optimize inventory with OTD fulfillmentAccept and will learn and leverage Intelligent tool application by Power Query /Power BI with AI thinking to optimize work flow more efficiency.Key Qualifications & Requirements ：Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above with major in supply chain or the relevant is preferredTechnical Competence & Skills:Good at S&OP, Forecast analysis, production planning & scheduling and inventory management skillGood team spirit and positive energy to approach workExcellent communication, collaboration, planning and execution skills Familiar with Oracle system or SAP system, a strong sense of obligation, self-motivatedContinuous learning abilityKnowing about RPA process and BI application is preferred, Knowing Access /Macro/VBA is a plus APICS/ISM certifications or related certified is a plus.Leadership Competence:Growth mindset, drive change mindset to go through tough task.Sense of urgency, ownership to own everything, timely report out and drive team to fulfill customer deliveryTeamwork and result oriented, Uncertainty and conflict cases management Good interpersonal skills and communication skills with persons at different level and functionsRelevant Experience:At least 5-8 years ‘experience in production planning & material planning area or the equivalent supply chain areaOthers (% of travel, language, etc.): Fluent English in speaking/reading/writingCommunication/Listening /PresentingOracle/SAP/BI tool, PPT/EXCEL reportChange managementEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
