Warehouse supervisor

Your RoleIn your daily job you will:Responsible for the organization and control of all the operational process in our warehouse center Manage inventory flow and ensure adherence to production schedules.Monitor and improve the overall warehouse operations to achieve the safety, quality, delivery, cost, efficiency and flexibility.Supervise shipping, receiving, loading and unloading trucks, stacking, picking and packaging of materials.Ensure the plant’s cost-efficient operation by implementing and selecting the most cost-efficient carrier, negotiates on shipping rates, as appropriate, etcCoordinate with Finance on matters involving inventory carry costs Recommend changes in procedures to improve the operation efficiency of the unit Responsible for safety and environment protection in the working areaYour BackgroundKey ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:Commercial and operational knowledge is required Solid experience in warehouse managementBe familiar with manufacture logistics working flow Strong customer-oriented working senseProblem solving skills, process management, negotiation skills Excellent management, communication and organization skills Good oral and written English skills Bachelor’s degreePrivacy Notice - Active Candidates: https://www.aptiv.com/privacy-notice-active-candidatesAptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
