该职位来源于猎聘 POSITION OBJECTIVE： We are seeking a creative and talented Product Developer with fashion design experience to join our dynamic team.you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative designs for our fashion collections. You should have a strong understanding of current fashion trends and a unique vision that aligns with our brand's aesthetic. DO — KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：Develop new designs and concepts for seasonal collections, ensuring they align with brand identity and market trends.Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and coherence in the collection.Work closely with the production team to Suppliers the development of prototypes and ensure design accuracy.Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs.Stay informed about fashion trends, materials, and techniques to inspire and inform design decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, buying from HQ, and Suppliers, to ensure product development meet business objectives. EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development or fashion design.Strong understanding of fabric properties and garment construction.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for fashion and creativity.
