该职位来源于猎聘 Location: Shanghai, China Reporting Line: Reports to Procurement Manager (Singapore) Employment Type: Full-Time Market: China (local hiring only) ________________________________________ Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Procurement Manager based in Shanghai, China, who will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating the procurement of oil terminal and refinery equipment, spare parts, and related materials from the Chinese market. The role involves close collaboration with the Procurement Manager in Singapore and requires strong familiarity with Chinese export procedures, the local manufacturing industry, and oil & gas sector procurement practices. ________________________________________ Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and engage qualified suppliers and manufacturers of oil terminal and refinery equipment and spare parts across China.Source, negotiate, and finalize procurement contracts ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.Manage export documentation and logistics processes in compliance with Chinese regulations and international trade standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with oil & gas equipment manufacturers, trading companies, and vendors.Conduct supplier audits and technical capability assessments as needed.Coordinate with the Singapore Procurement team for technical specifications, procurement planning, and reporting.Monitor market trends, lead times, and price fluctuations of key materials and equipment.Prepare procurement status reports and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.Have a global view—preferably with experience in global oil terminal or refinery projects. ________________________________________ Requirements (Modified Section)Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement and/or export operations, preferably within the oil terminal, refinery, or energy sector.Demonstrated background in procurement for oil terminals or refineries, or experience working in a trading company supplying spare parts and industrial equipment to such facilities within or outside China.Solid knowledge of Chinese export procedures, customs compliance, and logistics.Proven track record of sourcing industrial, mechanical, or process equipment related to oil terminals, refineries, or petrochemical plants.Strong familiarity with equipment manufacturing hubs and factories across China.Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written); English proficiency (minimum intermediate level) strongly preferred.Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Highly organized, independent, and detail oriented.Proficient in MS Office and procurement systems (ERP knowledge is a plus). ________________________________________ Additional NotesThis role is open to China-based candidates only.Occasional travel within China may be required to visit factories and suppliers.Competitive salary and benefits package based on experience.
