By joining us now, you’ll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics—working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.This Position reports to:Procurement SpecialistYour Role and Responsibilities ：Work model: onsiteLead commercial negotiation with category suppliers based on projects.Negotiate and periodically review agreements with main suppliers.Initiates Purchase Orders (PO) in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors, and tracks supplier performance to PO requirements.Identifies new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team.Qualifies new suppliers in cooperation with SQE Specialists.Adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs.Recommends frame agreements to management and executes upon approval.Supports bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information.Ensure the SAP Ariba platform is updated as defined in the procedure.Coordination between: Project Team/SCM/SuppliersCoordination with GCM for GFA negotiation and signingPerfect and implement catalog key commodity strategy by cooperation and communication with project team, engineering, etcer contacts, for exampleRead more about the guidelines in the Guidelines doc available in the SharePointQualifications For The Role：Bachelor’s degree,3-5 years of purchasing/sourcing experience with international terms of trade and payment.Excellent English skills (spoken and written)Highly skilled at MS office“Integrity” is highly desirable while dealing with people within the organization and suppliersMust have the ability to influence while negotiating and the charisma to engage and motivate people“Can Do” attitudeStrong ability for coordination and drive cross function teamOpen mind/Willing to learn and able to learnWhat’s in it for you?
