Procurement Engineer

All PositionsAll other tasks assigned by line manager or company.Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.Have awareness of local relevant quality system. （ Please specify the quality system name such as ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 in JRPC. ）Be familiar with charged products & related supplier network.On time delivery qualified products to Preassembly to meet production needs.Follow Valmet price instruction to make PO releasing and if necessary, inquire the quotation from the qualified suppliers.Project purchasing under budget control and deviation report if have. ECN management, claim handling, deal with unqualified delivery to make quality cost under control.Deal with the supplier invoice and make payments.Supplier performance management together with supervisor in monthlySupplier planning for charged products.And raise up new supplier evaluation needs based on existing supplier capacity.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors/managers.Keep Good relationship with capital project and engineering team, provide high efficiency support to project team.Analyze key suppliers’ capacity, business status and evaluate possible risk.Work closely with SQD to run kick off meeting, follow up delivery and implement yearly review.Job Requirement & QualificationBachelor's degree in science/engineering course is preferred.At least 2 years working experience including at least half of a year’s purchasing experience in manufacturing environment.Good ability to read technical drawings.Knowledge and experience in ERP systems.Good communication and negotiation skills.Fluent oral English.Knowledge in general purchasing principle.Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001.
