Drive resolution when MRP cannot resolve conflicts/issues with suppliers regarding on time delivers; Resolve mismatch between order vs. invoice (e.g. for quantity, price 处理供应商退货的流程；Handle return to vendor process; 管理和发展各指定类别的供应商关系，并确保进行适当的风险管理；Manage and develop supplier relationships across assigned categories and ensure appropriate risk management is undertaken; 与其他工厂采购团队和全球采购团队合作；Work collaboratively with other site procurement team and global sourcing team;供应商和物料主数据管理Vendor And Material Master Data Management 依据供应商遴选的信息，为新供应商主数据的设置或变更发起流程；Based on sourcing team information, Initiate process for new vendor master data setup or change; 依据供应商遴选的信息，设置物料主数据信息（价格、标准成本、计量单位、最小订货量、交货时间等等）；Based on sourcing team information, Setup material master data parameters (Price, Standard Cost, UoM, MoQ, Lead time etc.); 在ERP、SAP系统中，更新采购价格；Initiate update purchase prices in (SAP) ERP-system;更新业务计划和财务数据 Business Plan And Financial Update 与计划团队合作，提供长期的，2-3年的物料需求预测（包括新产品）；Work with planning team, provide long term, 2 to 3 years forecast for material requirements (including New Products); 制定物料的业务计划和预算。为采购团队或供应商提供必要的长期预测。为业务计划的制定提供当年及下一年的物料方量的预测；Prepare business plan / budget of direct materials. Share long term forecast to the sourcing team and supplier if necessary.
