Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 主要目标: 负责港口起重机的采购,供应商管理,采购和协调。 主要职责: 开发新供应商,管理现有供应商; 根据要求进行询价、报价和价格谈判,准备采购申请并提交审批; 与海外总部合作确定采购范围; 与当地工厂同事合作分担工作量,确保所有采购和物流数据准确无误; 物料考察并及时更新系统中的所有信息; 了解 ISO14001 & 45001标准; 完成经理安排的其他任务。 职位要求: 本科或硕士学历; 2~3年行业采购或供应链工作经验; 熟悉ERP/SAP系统及MS Office办公软件; 精通采购原理和成本控制,具有降低产品成本和提高运营效率的能力; 良好的行业知识和对供应链的理解; 良好的谈判、分析、沟通和解决问题的能力; 良好的中英文口语和书面表达能力; 强烈的责任感和团队合作精神。 Primary Objective: Responsible for sourcing, supplier management, purchasing and coordination in port cranes supply. Key Responsibilities: Develop new suppliers and manage current suppliers; Make inquiry, quotation and price negotiation as per requirement, prepare purchasing application for approval; Collaborate with oversea head office to define the purchasing scope; Collaborate with local factory colleagues to share the workload and make sure that all purchasing and logistics data are accurate; Material expedition and timely update all information in the system; Awareness of ISO14001 & 45001 Standards; Complete other tasks assigned by manager. Requirements: Bachelor or master’s degree; 2~3 years working experience in purchasing or supply chain in industry area; Familiar with ERP/SAP system and MS Office software; Proficient in procurement principle and cost control with proven ability to reduce product cost and increase operational effectiveness; Good industry knowledge and understanding of supply chain; Good negotiation, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills; Good English as well as Chinese, both oral and written; Strong sense of responsibility and team player.
