The company's long-term vision is to become a top choice for Mexican, Hispanic, and North American consumers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Analyst role located in Ciudad Apodaca, NLE. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data and generating actionable insights to support business decisions. Additionally, the role includes creating and maintaining analytical reports, identifying trends and patterns, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The Analyst will also engage in problem-solving activities and developing recommendations to optimize processes and strategies. Qualifications Strong analytical skills including data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modelingProficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Experience in research and developing data-driven recommendationsAbility to communicate insights effectively through written and oral presentationsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple responsibilitiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or related fieldFamiliarity with the local market trends in Mexico
