OFS/MCS Business/Technical Architect

Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do:Collaborate closely with various Oracle teams to support and implement state-of-the-art applications on a global scale.Manage all aspects of architecture, sales, and support initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with business and product goals.Define and lead sales and support strategies, and drive business requirements for product and component integration.Translate standard application functionality into global and local business needs, resolving product gaps through enhancements or process improvements.Oversee pursuit setup, system configuration, and alignment with business process teams.Lead the data migration strategy from legacy platforms to Oracle’s latest applications.Work with functional departments to gather detailed system requirements and support the full system implementation lifecycle.Engage regularly with senior management and stakeholders in Product Development, Business units, and Global IT.In This Role, You Will:Serve as a trusted expert, guiding clients through solution design, application builds, and upgrades to maximize business value.Lead ongoing system maintenance and act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.Build and nurture relationships with clients and internal teams, providing proactive support and meaningful resolution of complex issues.ResponsibilitiesWho You Are:You have 6-8 years of combined education and relevant professional experience, with at least 4-6 years focused on solution building, maintenance, and multi-industry engagement.You bring at least 2 years of experience directly aligned with this role’s core responsibilities.You are skilled at collaborating across diverse teams—regional, product, marketing, and more—to develop and execute integrated sales strategies.You’re familiar with Oracle architecture frameworks and enjoy contributing to global and local industry campaigns.You have a track record of effective cross-functional project management, from development to budget planning and reporting.You can clearly articulate value propositions, measure results, and help shape future strategies for ongoing improvement.Join us at Oracle and help shape the future of global business applications.
