You’ll be exposed to a broad range of due diligence services – including vendor assistance, vendor due diligence, buy-side due diligence, M&A support, and completion assistance – while helping clients identify opportunities and risks in acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, buy-outs, and IPOs. Our clients range from global corporations and private equity houses to financial institutions and governments, and the work varies in scope and location, taking place both at client sites and across our offices in Denmark, the Nordics, the EU and overseas.About KPMG’s Due DiligenceWith more than 300 announced deals since early 2016, KPMG’s Due Diligence team is the leading provider on the Danish market, having advised on high-profile transactions with companies such as Nature Energy, Carlsberg, Novo Nordisk, Danfoss, Shell, Maersk, Royal Unibrew, Gro Capital, Bain and Triton. Deal Advisory is a cornerstone of KPMG’s strategy, offering services within Due Diligence, Deal Strategy, and Corporate Finance. In Denmark, the team consists of around 50 professionals with diverse and international backgrounds, working closely together across service lines and with our global Deal Advisory network of more than 12,000 colleagues worldwide. You’ll join a group of experienced professionals who are committed to delivering excellence while encouraging a collaborative, motivated, and supportive culture. The team is based at KPMG’s headquarters in Copenhagen and at our office in Aarhus – and this position is for the Aarhus office.What you will be doingAs a Student Assistant in our Due Diligence team, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced advisors on real transactions.
