Experience career advancement and help build a culture of continuous improvement.Job SummaryAs an Analytics Solutions Manager in Payments Operations, you will lead a team responsible for delivering data insights, visualizations, and metrics dashboards. You will analyze business requirements, design and build operational reporting, and support management decisions through ad-hoc analysis. Your role includes mentoring associates, guiding career development, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. You will collaborate with Product Owners and Operations to implement new capabilities and ensure high standards in data management.Job ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of associates, fostering innovation and continuous improvementPerform data mining, analytics, and problem solving to deliver actionable insightsAnalyze business requirements and design, build, and test high-quality data visualizationsCollaborate with Product Owners and Operations to develop requirements and implement new capabilitiesEnsure adherence to team standards and understanding of relevant data sourcesProactively mitigate risk through process improvement, root cause analysis, and collaborationSupport continuous learning and adoption of new tools and technologiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with team members, peers, and managementSummarize findings into concise, high-level points and visually depict key dataContribute to the development of automated solutions for business problemsEnsure timely and high-standard delivery of business demands under pressureRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent business experienceFifteen years of experience in business system analysis or application design and developmentTen years of experience with SQL, Python, Alteryx, or similar programming languagesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office productsExtensive knowledge of database design and relational database principlesExperience with large-scale data warehousesWorking knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Business Objects)Experience with Agile or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Excellent team-working skills and ability to build strong relationshipsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound recommendations for managementPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsProficiency in querying enterprise databases using SQLExperience writing code in SQL or Pyspark and performing statistical analysisExperience with TableauStrong analytical and communication skillsAptitude for developing automated solutions to solve business problemsABOUT USJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
