This includes collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data; developing and applying statistical models; and communicating findings to stakeholders. • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement data-driven strategies. This involves working with relevant stakeholders to identify and solve problems using data. • Identify areas for improvement. Use data analysis to identify areas where the user experience can be improved.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns, this includes collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data.2. Recommend enhancements to improve the user experience, this involves identifying areas where the user experience can be improved. 3. Work with stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies, this involves collaborating with other team members to identify and solve weaknesses. 4. Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way. 5. Create and manage reports, this involves summarizing data findings and presenting them in a clear and concise way. 6. Develop and deploy data visualizations this involves using data visualization tools to create charts and graphs that are easy to understand and communicate findings to stakeholders. 7. Performance Metrics: Monitoring and optimizing the performance of digital banking processes and systems by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement. This contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the digital banking platform. Implementing data-driven performance optimization strategies is essential. 8. Foster a feedback loop culture, this involves working with stakeholders to continuously collect feedback on data-driven initiatives and use that feedback to improve the initiatives. 9. Continuous Learning. Staying updated with industry trends and emerging analytics tools and technologies is essential to ensure the bank remains competitive by leveraging the latest data analysis techniques, this involves attending training and self-learning.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Statistics, Data Analysis, Business Management or Computer Science. 2. 1+ years of experience in data analysis. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Good communication and presentation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau & Power BI. 7. Proficiency in Google Analytics 8. Good skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
