6+ years of experience as a backend engineerHands-on proficiency in Go and/or TypeScript — strong advantageDeep familiarity with SaaS architecture and development best practicesExperience with methodologies like TDD, Extreme Programming, or Kanban — big plusPrevious work with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or othersProven ability to lead technical projects, set priorities, and own outcomesSolid understanding of microservices and event-driven architectureAbility to juggle multiple priorities gracefully. B. Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experienceExtra: Experience in B2B & B2B2C Self-Serve SaaS. Fintech/Payments industry background.
