Job Description

Our client, a publicly traded technology company in hyper-growth mode, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple teams and time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Partner with recruiters to manage requisitions and maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Post and update job descriptions across multiple platforms while monitoring inbound applications.

Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders to provide timely updates throughout the process. Track recruiting activity, prepare reports, and support recruiting initiatives that improve efficiency and candidate experience. Contribute to projects and process improvements within the talent acquisition function. Key AttributesThrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly. Professional, approachable, and committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Required Experience2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, supporting a variety of recruiting operations, ideally in a high-growth or high-volume environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing/job board platforms preferred. Experience supporting technical and/or go-to-market hiring is a plus.
