We’re hiring!Andys Motors is looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team!If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator in both English and Greek, we’d love to hear from you. Excel skills and accounting knowledge are a must.  *Experience in a customer-focused role is a big plus! Our mission is to provide reliable, high-quality service with a personal touch.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and support daily operations, client coordination, and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate office records, including rental agreements, financial documents, and customer filesEnsure smooth day-to-day administrative operations in collaboration with the teamAnswer and manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiencyCoordinate and follow up on payments, billing, and account status with clientsPrepare and process vehicle registration documents through collaboration with our customs clearing agentsLiaise with auditors on accounting and compliance matters, providing required documentation and supportPrepare basic financial summaries, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft ExcelQualifications:
