Antifraud Analyst

Our mission is to evolve into a full-fledged financial ecosystem, delivering cutting-edge solutions that make financial services more accessible, efficient, and secure for everyone.We are looking for an experienced Antifraud Analyst with 3+ years in fraud prevention or risk management within the financial industry. You will develop and maintain antifraud strategies, analyze fraud patterns at all stages of the credit process, and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud detection systems. Strong SQL skills, experience with data visualization tools, and proficiency in English (B2 or higher) are required.What you will do:Development and support of antifraud strategies:Development and implementation of rules for fraud detection at all stages of the credit process (application analysis, decision-making, underwriting, post-monitoring).Evaluating the effectiveness of antifraud solutions and adjusting strategies.Implementation of antifraud rules and use of external data (government services, credit history bureaus, telco, etc.).Data analysis:Collecting and analysing data to identify fraudulent activities,Data visualisation, preparation of regular reports and analytics for management.Hypothesis generation and testing:Forming hypotheses to identify new fraud schemes and product vulnerabilities.Conducting A/B testing and pilot runs to test hypotheses.Assessing the impact of hypotheses on business processes and optimising solutions based on them.Providing anti-fraud expertise:Providing fraud prevention expertise and advice to related teams and management.Suport underwriting process.POS Agent Support:Evaluating POS agents' performance in antifraud interventions.Designing programmes to improve agent performance based on the results of their performance evaluation and providing recommendations for their development.What you should have:Minimum of 3 years working in risk management or fraud prevention in the financial industry.Experience in building fraud prevention systems and analysing data at all stages of the credit process (application, decision making, monitoring).Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases (e.g. Oracle, PostgreSQL).Skills with analytical tools: Tableau, Power BI, Python.Understanding of anti-fraud scoring development processes.Higher education in maths, computer science, physics or economics.Fluent English; Russian.Why Join Skyro?At Skyro, we offer a unique opportunity to combine impactful work with a supportive and dynamic environment.Work From Anywhere: no location constraints, salaries in USD, and a global mindset.Healthcare Support: partial reimbursement of medical expenses to ensure your well-being.Professional Growth: compensation for professional courses or conferences to support your career development.Language Learning: access to corporate group English classes to improve your communication skills.Annual Performance Bonus: rewarding your contributions with a yearly bonus.Corporate Event Travel: full coverage of airfare to attend corporate events in Manila every December.What happens after you apply?We review applications on a rolling basis and aim to get back within 2–3 business days.
