In this role, you will report to AP Team Leader and will have the opportunity to work closely with the GL Accountants and Finance Management.. Join us to drive the right power forward and make clean energy the natural choice for all!Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely and accurate booking of Accounts Payable invoices in SAPVerify proper coding of AP invoices in accordance with company policiesPrepare and review payment proposals to ensure timely vendor paymentsEnsure vendors are paid accurately and on scheduleReconcile GR/IR accounts and vendor statements to maintain accurate financial recordsManage the AP monthly cut-off process to ensure proper period-end reportingMonitor Accounts Payable aging reports and provide detailed explanations as neededRespond promptly and professionally to vendor inquiriesSupport General Ledger accounting and Finance Management during the monthly close processEnsure compliance with internal controls and assist in preparing required supporting documentationGenerate ad-hoc reports and perform analyses as requested by Corporate, Treasury, or Tax departmentsQualifications And SkillsYour profile is a natural match if you have:A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business1 to 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (considered an advantage)Fluency in English, with other language skills seen as a plusProven experience using SAP (considered an advantage)A proactive mindset with strong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general data processing toolsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectivelyOur Values«We» is our greatest assetWe respect and protect the environmentWe are doers, committed to doing things rightWe act with integrity and transparencyWe think and act like entrepreneursWorking @CG:We offer local benefits and WFH policy.As a globally integrated team, we push boundaries, work collaboratively, and remain agile in the pursuit of excellence.
