The Group strategy is driven towards growing profitably and creating value sustainably.As part of this strategy, a unique Global Business Services Center has been established in Brasov, in 2022, working together with all Jungheinrich entities worldwide, providing support in their day-to-day operations.We are a young organization, in full grow, and we are proud to say that we already proved our capabilities – all our internal customers are very satisfied with the way we work, and our people created strong relationship that makes the team function at its best.Your main responsibilities:Transition ManagementEnsure smooth migration, process standardization, and operational excellence while supporting team members and stakeholders throughout the transitionAct as the primary liaison between local finance teams, service delivery team, and project managerMonitor timelines, deliverables, and quality standards during and after migrationProcess documentation & standardizationEnsure accurate documentation of existing processes and support creation of standardized workflowsIdentify gaps and propose improvements for efficiency and complianceTeam supervision and supportAdopt and implement appropriate workflows to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and experience to deliver efficient and effective customer centric service deliveryMonitor and evaluate individual and team performance through performance development, to support team members, and enhance individual and team achievementsDelegate and supervise certain tasks to team members to improve workplace functions and efficienciesStakeholder communicationMaintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and escalate issues promptlyPrepare regular status reports and present updates to managementOperational contributionProvide operational support to the teamSupport testing and validation of migrated processesTherefore, a successful candidate would have:3+ years of experience in a similar roleProven experience across a range of accounting and finance functions, with a sound knowledge of accounting principles and standards, financial data processing and reportingProven involvement in transitions or migrations of financial processes between entities or systemsStrong understanding of finance processes (AP, AR, GA) and ERP systems (SAP preferred)Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related fieldProficiency in English; is a plus knowledge in other language.
