APAC Community Lead

APAC Community LeadResponsibilities:Community Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute a regional community growth strategy across key markets (Korea, Vietnam, Greater China).Manage and expand communities on Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, and other local platforms.Foster genuine discussions, answer queries, and counter misinformation, building a trusted, informed, and loyal community.Identify and empower super-users, advocates, and ambassadors to drive organic growth.Campaign & ActivationLocalize and execute global campaigns for the APAC market.Coordinate community-driven initiatives like quests, giveaways, and Galxe/TaskOn campaigns.Collaborate with local KOLs, influencers, and guilds to co-host online/offline activations.Ecosystem & EventsOrganize and represent Network at regional meetups, hackathons, AMAs, and conferences.Build and maintain relationships with builders, media, and community partners to expand ecosystem.Internal Collaboration & ReportingDefine and track KPIs (member growth, engagement rate, sentiment).Monitor industry trends and community sentiment to inform strategy.Coordinate cross-functional projects with marketing, product, and growth teams to align goals.Provide structured monthly reports summarizing insights, feedback, and actionable recommendations.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in community management, ecosystem growth, or marketing in crypto or tech.Deep crypto-native understanding — DeFi, NFTs, wallets, BTCFi, memes, and culture.Proven track record of scaling and energizing communities across multiple platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese. Experience in event coordination, including both, online and offline crypto events.Experience using community and campaign tools.Strong organizational skills — able to define KPIs, report impact, and manage multiple initiatives.Self-starter with ownership mentality; capable of working across time zones and fast-moving priorities.Nice to HaveExperience in a top-tier Layer2, CEX, or DeFi protocol.Existing network of local KOLs, builders, and media partners in APAC.Technical literacy (automation, dashboards, bot building) is a plus.Korean fluency is a plus.
