This role also oversees risk management and issue resolution within the supply chain network. The position operates in a fast-paced environment and requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Supply planning stakeholders, Logistic, and Market teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage supply and product availability for assigned Asia markets, ensuring fair distribution to priority markets while keeping the right inventory levels to meet service goals.Proactively develop risk mitigation plans and drive issue resolutions to minimize supply risk and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.Prepare and analyze supply plans (SPI) and reports to enhance visibility, support production prioritization, and facilitate key business decisions.Support supply chain projects and transitions to ensure business goals are achieved with minimal operational disruption.Build and maintain strong collaboration with market teams, closely monitoring demand trends and seasonal variations to deliver excellent customer service across diverse countries and cultures.Develop a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations from manufacturing plants to end customers to effectively manage a seamless and efficient supply network in coordination with multi-functional teams.
