It focuses on three integrated priorities: fostering inclusive and equitable growth, improving governance and access to justice, and addressing the urgent challenges of climate change and green growth.Supporting this mission, the Finance Unit (FU) and Human Resources Unit (HRU) at UNDP Viet Nam provide essential operational services not only to the UNDP Country Office but also to other UN agencies. To assist with the effective delivery of these services, the units are currently looking for a National Intern to provide support with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe selected Intern is requested to provide the following support for FU and HRU in compliance with UNDP rules and regulations:For FUReconcile service clearing accounts in accordance with ASP guidelines;Assist in reviewing payment requests and ensure proper filing of supporting documents;Support follow-up on HACT risk issues to maintain compliance and mitigate risks;Enter TR/TC requests into the ISS system accurately and in a timely manner;Maintain and update links on the VNM navigation page, ensuring all data remains current and accessible.For HRUSupport with administrative and logistic tasks of recruitment cases;Support with ensuring email lists, ground passes, and desk registrations are updated and renewed timely;Support in preparing HR report and documentation;Support the engagement activities and events of Country Office;Support with handling day-to-day administrative HR tasks.
