Warehouse Keeper

Job Description:●      Verify inbound product data to ensure inventory records match physical stock.●      Arrange product shelving and optimize warehouse space utilization.●      Arrange picking, checking, and outbound shipping according to delivery instructions.●      Manage outbound documents and ensure smooth and accurate operations.●      Develop daily and weekly container shipment plans and coordinate internal resources.●      Monitor loading progress and ensure on-time deliveries.●      Conduct periodic and annual stocktaking to maintain inventory accuracy.●      Investigate inventory discrepancies and support improvements in inventory management.●      Enforce and promote safety, health, and environmental protection policies.●      Assist in identifying and resolving potential safety hazards.●      Operate the Automated Storage & Retrieval System (AS/RS) to ensure smooth functionality.●      Support system maintenance and basic troubleshooting when needed.What We’re Looking For●      Technical secondary school education or above; logistics or related fields preferred.●      Prior experience in warehouse management or scheduling is an advantage.●      Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications.●      Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.●      Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
