Our District Managers nurture existing business relationships to achieve budgeted sales goals by developing and implementing sound retention strategies, utilizing strong negotiation efforts to preserve business and securing contracts, and maintaining healthy relationships. Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPrimary account management of dealerships & developing marketsWork with other APCO/Easycare Managers to support larger dealerships and dealership groupsDeveloping performance (75%):

Operate in Finance and Insurance and Sales Department Automotive retail role effectivelyEffectively demonstrate the highly regarded APCO F&I processEasyCare Performance Opportunity Analysis (EasyCare Way)– compiling, preparing, delivering and following through on agreed upon action planComplete knowledge and adherence to dealership and industry compliance, and observance of unique dealership guidelinesEstablish and prepare dealership performance development plansPresent proposed action plans to executive managers and business ownersPrepare and conduct One/One “in dealership” trainingPrepare and conduct group training to dealer partnersConduct competency testing with dealership personnelMotor Trend implementation and trainingDealership performance monitoringBusiness owner relationship building skillsKnowledge and effectiveness with all APCO product benefits and assetsNew Opportunities (25%):

Effectively secure referrals and networkDevelop new dealer relationships that are a win-winDocument required activity in HubspotEducation And ExperiencePrior experience or are currently working in automotive sales management or automotive finance managementPrior experience or are currently working in an automotive vendor settingPrior experience or are currently working in automotive sales and finance trainingPrior experience or are currently working in automotive advertising or bankingBachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or GED requiredSkillsSelf-starter and self-motivatedCompetitivePersuasive communication styleEagerness to continually learn and improvePhysical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to type and look at a computer screen.
