About the roleAs a People Partner, you will be a key member of the People Business Partnering team, working closely with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals.

This strategic role requires a consultative mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and drive change across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary People contact for terminal/function leaders, providing expert guidance on all People-related matters. Drive the local execution of the annual HR cycle, including performance management, engagement, and objective setting. Partner with leaders to implement the People Strategy and support organizational change initiatives. Resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. Deliver training and workshops aligned with the People calendar and strategic priorities.

Support on-site recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. Collaborate with regional EEO and CoEs to ensure effective delivery of People processes and continuous improvement. Own People Analytics and VMS data accuracy, using insights to drive decision-making and improvements. Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Qualifications & ExperienceUniversity degree in HR, Business, or related field (Engineering also considered). Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist or business partner roles. Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR best practices. Proven ability to influence, coach, and consult with senior leaders. Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.

Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data analysis tools. Training in coaching, mediation, or organizational development is a plus. Agile mindset and experience in transformation contexts preferred. Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Collaborative and team-oriented approach. LanguagesFluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2, ideally C1). Additional languages are a plus.
