Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Research and Development Intern, located in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for remote work. The intern will assist in conducting research and developing innovative solutions that align with GenPark's mission. Daily tasks include supporting laboratory experiments, analyzing data, and preparing research reports. Collaboration with team members to identify new trends and contribute to strategic projects is also an essential part of the role. Qualifications Strong foundation in Research and Development (R&D) with hands-on laboratory skillsHighly developed analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving meaningful insightsProficiency in conducting research and gathering relevant informationExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAdaptability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate in a team settingCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as Science, Technology, or EngineeringExperience with AI or machine learning technologies is a plus
