Apparel Graphic Designer (Kids)Onsite 5 days NYCSalary: 75-85k DOE**MUST Have worked on Licensed ApparelClient Overview:Our client is an apparel & fashion brand that specializes in sportswear for licensed product They are looking for an Apparel Graphic Designer to join their team and help continue creating products that resonate with their customers.Apparel Graphic Designer Responsibilities:As Apparel Graphic Designer, you will work with internal teams to create and develop original illustrations, designs, and graphics within licensed guidelines for the brand’s fashion collections.You will be responsible for creating and executing graphics and CAD for the line and production placements.• Prepare artwork for production• Create artwork for the line and projects for Sales Reps.• Handle responsibility for approvals between Design and Production.• Complete all production orders before sales delivery date.• Update all production order books for Designer and VP Design.• Do daily follow up for all pending projects.• Maintain an organized workspace.• Organize all computer files.• Back-up all artwork on disks and maintain archives.Apparel Graphic Designer Requirements:• 3-4 years of hands on experience in apparel graphics art for Kids• MUST have previously worked on licensed product• Bachelor’s degree preferred.• Excellent proficiency in Photoshop CS and Illustrator CS.• Technical knowledge of fabrics, silhouettes, prints, colors, and trims.
